About PHYX

Amy Harris built PHYX in Grandville, MI to help people transform their bodies without having to cut corners or employ short-term fixes to their long-term struggles with eating and working out. Amy says, “I want to change the community’s view on health and fitness. I want to educate people on why haphazard training programs, self-critical mindsets, and cookie-cutter advice won’t help them reach their goals.”
